We help organizations become more effective in what they do, increasing productivity, reducing process costs, and improving results. Through a strategy focused on innovation, people, and problem solving, we teach organizations how to develop processes and systems to ensure your business goals are achieved.
“Innovation” refers to individuals, teams, and organizations developing and implementing new products, processes and business methods. Each company and industry has unique characteristics, culture, and results; however, the path to success is always the same! Your people must rigorously evaluate the way work is accomplished and encourage a continuous cycle of creativity and organizational learning.
"Lean" is a culture of continuous improvement and waste reduction; dedicating all of our energy to make things better, maximize customer value, and minimize waste. Simply, lean means creating more value for customers with less resources. There are many Lean success stories from Government, Health Care, Social Services, Non-Profit, Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Construction industries. You do not need to be a Toyota-sized enterprise to use Lean management expertise. Lean is about organizational effectiveness. Whether you are a global corporation or a small community-based team, Lean Innovation is the approach you should embrace.

Why you should attend ...
When the economy is flourishing, wasted resources, inefficiency, and problems go unnoticed. Profits are made, businesses’ operations are regarded as “stable” and everyone is content and comfortable. The need to improve and “get better” is not prevalent. However, in today’s world, cash flow is limited, customers are difficult to attract, and typical business practices do not produce the same results that they once did, or as Erik says, "People don't know what they don't know!"
LPS Inc.'s Fundamental Approach
We teach “The Thinking Way”, the system that allows you to leverage the knowledge of your employees through rapid problem solving techniques; called “Kaizen”. Understanding and removing your waste leads to increased productivity and profitability. Although you may be slowed by an excessive workload and surrounded by processes that seem broken, your business has enormous potential. Understanding your problems is a good thing! In fact, if you don’t have problems, that in itself is a problem, or as Hajime Ohba says, “No problem is problem!”
Continuing Education Units will be awarded for participation in this workshop.
This is based upon ten classroom hours per unit. The CEU is an internationally accepted uniform unit of measurement in qualified courses of continuing education.
