For more than 20 years Rose has worked within the Healthcare and Social Service sectors focusing on facilitation, project management, program and policy development deployment.

Rose has helped organizations enable their people to create common understanding and consensus by turning polarization, conflict and diversity into valuable assets. She is skilled at utilizing strategies such as 5S, Visual Management and Participatory Planning.
